General:
Name of the campaign: Debt Form Processing
Scope of Work: Entering Data in given software
Project Duration: 11 months (will be renewed to another 12 months after checking the center’s performance)
Min no. of seats/center: 10 (1 slot)
Workload: 25,000 forms per month
Payout: 20 INR/form
TAT: 26 working days
Payment Cycle: Fortnightly
Payment Mode: Wire Transfer
Deliverables: FTP/CD/DVD
Q.C Report: Within 7 International Working days after data submission.
Monthly Billing (10 seats = 1 slot): 5, 00,000 INR
Accuracy Parameters:
98-99.99% accuracy level: 20 INR per form
96-97.99% accuracy level: 13 INR per form
90-95.99%: rework available once, more than that contract gets terminated.
Below 80%: no payment will be issued and the contract will be terminated without further notice. No unwanted claims will be entertained hereafter.
Technical Requirements:
Software: Data processing software will be provided by the company.
Bandwidth: Minimum 256 kbps speed is required for download and upload of data.
Other Specifications:
Rework option: available (once)
Consultancy Fee: 1, 20,000 INR
Payment Security: LC or BG (Corresponding charges have to be borne by the center).
Note: LC or BG will be issued with minimum 40seats.
